ACCOMMODATION
The cottages sleep 2/3 and the Bath apartments have 2 double bedrooms with superking/twin beds available.
Tucking Mill View: for relaxing rural luxury this is a self catering cottage with outstanding views over the Midford/Tucking Mill Valley, an Area of Outstanding natural Beauty. All on one level, ideal for holiday makers who want to combine the country with the city.
Brooks’ View: the romantic getaway. An old artisan cottage, ideal for weekends away, mini moons or honeymoons with a Victorian claw bath and large walk-in shower. Lovely summerhouse beside the brook at the end of the private garden. Wood burning stove.
Fishermen’s Retreat: Another of the old Canal workers’ cottages. On 2 stories and a small bedroom as well as the double. Traditional parquet floor and original woodburning stove.. with a lovely garden and a patio outside the door and down beside the river, this is a delightful rustic retreat.
The Old Smithy Loft: Originally the workplace of the local smiths, this is now an elegant first floor apartment decorated in relaxing blue and cream.Furnished and equipped to high standard this apartment has TVs in both bedrooms. The Old Smithy Loft has just won the award for Stylish Apartment of the Year from Travel and Hospitality Awards.
Hedgemead Court: for those who like the contemporary look, Hedgemead court is designed for luxury relaxation. This is a spacious 2 bedroomed apartment with views down to the middle of the city, with a small veranda and adjacent to Hedgemead Park, one of the original pleasure gardens of Bath. Facilities there include a playpark for children and lovely gardens to contemplate Bath.

Take the A36 outside of Bath and turn right up Brassknocker Hill.
First left, through Monkton combe , turn left just after Monkont combe to Tucking Mill. ¾ mile further on on the left Tucking Mill View is on the road side with parking immediately in front.
There is bus that goes to Midford half hurly and another that oees to Monkton Combe..every hour or so.
Both are within 15 minutes walk.
City: Bath Spa Railway Station is a 15 minute or so walk away or a very short taxi ride. There is a regular bus servide to Bristol Airport some 22 miles away. We would recommend the train or coach to Heathrow but best to book in advance.
