Chase away the cold dark days of midwinter with a feelgood break in Bath! The ReBalance Bath Festival is returning for a third year from 30 January – 16 February 2025.
Over the three-week festival, there will be plenty of events, each inspired by wellness, separated into the categories of mental wellbeing, physical wellbeing, talks, and free events.
Discover the new science of eating well with presenter Gaby Roslin and Professor Tim Spector OBE, join the festival's wellness experts for a series of exercise and breathing sessions at the ReBalance Wellbeing Day, try a spot of guided meditation at Bath Abbey, discover laughter yoga at The Roman Baths, and relieve tension with Aquasana sessions in the rooftop pool at the Thermae Bath Spa.
There's also a chance to don your walking boots and head out into the fresh winter air on a 5k circuit along the beautfiul Bath Skyline route, and join free tours of The PIG-near Bath's Kitchen Garden. Or, try something new with classes in kintsugi, soap making, drawing, and taster sessions in volunteering at the World Heritage Centre.
As if that wasn't enough, you'll also find regular live music performances throughout the festival at beloved local pub, The Grapes.
Don't miss the chance to treat yourself to one of the exclusive offers available as part of the festival, including spa days, gym taster sessions, discounted meals, complimentary massages and many more.
Get some more inspiration on what to do at this year's festival with our handy roundup of the highlights, and view the full programme on the ReBalance Bath website.
