The Old Bell Hotel has been welcoming travellers since 1220 and benefits from historic surroundings with stunning, high design interiors, creating a wonderfully warm ambience.
The 34 rooms are individually designed and furnished, with many named after historical figures and previous owners of this Grade 1 listed hotel. Each room is equipped with luxury bathrobes, Dyson hairdryer, Bramley toiletries and free Wi-Fi. There are also several dog friendly rooms for four legged friends.
With crackling log fires in Winter and pretty terraces in Summer, cosy corners, squashy sofas, plump duvets, fine linen - this is the ultimate in affordable luxury. Guests can enjoy fabulous food and wine in the Abbey Row restaurant or a delicious cocktail in the 1220 bar.
The hotel nestles in the charming market Cotswold town of Malmesbury, right next door to the 12th Century Abbey, one of the oldest and most important religious sites in England. From M4, junction 17 M4 junction 17, follow signs to Cirencester and Malmesbury. Follow signs to town centre, turn left at top of High Street in front of Market Cross and drive round corner. Old Bell is then directly in front of you next to the Abbey. Parking at rear of hotel.
