Crammed full of cosy corners and charming features, Woolley Grange feels like a big hug. An enchanting and homely Jacobean manor house located on the edge of Bradford on Avon and only a 15 minute drive from Bath, the hotel offers a warm welcome to all (even dogs!), with families particularly well-catered for. It has award-winning children's facilities, a beautiful spa, and great food using fresh produce from the walled kitchen garden.

The charming accommodation ranges from quirky bedrooms tucked in the eaves, to spacious and contemporary suites, and everything in between, offering you a true home from home during your stay here Our lounges, with their low-slung sofas and crackling fires, offer the perfect place in which to relax, enjoy a Gin and Tonic made using botanicals from our own garden, whilst the children raid the chests of toys and games that are at their disposal.

The Woolley Bears Den is the hotel’s Ofsted registered crèche for children from 12 weeks to 8 years. Guests benefit from 2 hours of complimentary childcare per child, per night’s stay, and also a baby-listening service, allowing a bit of adult time – whether that’s sipping champagne on the terrace, dining by candlelight or chilling in the spa. Children are given free reign at Woolley Grange, and are encouraged to explore in a relaxed and safe environment. They can even get stuck-in with our Good Life Garden, helping with the ducks, chickens and rabbits, as well as the vegetable garden with our Little Green Fingers Club.

The Spa at Woolley Grange has a relaxed, family-friendly feel, housed in a contemporary oak-timber building that blends into the Bath stone wall of the kitchen garden. Using Ishga products made exclusively for Luxury Family Hotels, there are a wide variety of treatments option available. The indoor pool has stunning views over the walled kitchen garden, and the friendly ducks who live there.

With all this, an outdoor pool, games room, trampoline, and 14 tranquil acres to explore, Woolley Grange has something to ensure guests of all ages have a relaxing and memorable holiday.

From M4 jct 18 take A46 towards Bath. Do not leave A46 at Bath exit, instead continue to the roundabout at the end of the dual carriageway. Turn right at the roundabout, then A363 Bradford-on-Avon.
