Set on the edge of Salisbury Plain, this three-bedroom barn conversion is the perfect escape for families and friends. Located on a small organic farm in West Lavington, Cliffe Farm Dairy is ideally situated to explore the beautiful county of Wiltshire. You will have uninterrupted views of the stunning chalk escarpment of Salisbury Plain with just sheep and wildlife as your neighbours.

The Dairy was converted in 2019 from a disused old milking parlour. It is now a wonderfully spacious accommodation that can sleep up to six people. With the environment on our minds during development we have tried to make the building’s footprint small. It’s electricity and heating are supplied by an air source heat pump and solar panels. We also offer guests the use of an electric car charger.

Inside, there are three bedrooms with two king size beds and two twin beds. There are two bathrooms and a large living area comprising the kitchen, dining area and lounge. A double storey window at one end of the building allows guests to enjoy the beautiful countryside from the comfort of the main living area.

Outside, the guests have access to a private patio and garden which overlooks the fields and countryside beyond. You also have access to a large field that can be used for further adventures and to walk down into the village of West Lavington. 

Cliffe Farm Dairy is set on an organic farm owned by the Holloway family. We have farmed in the village for over a century and feel very lucky to live in such a beautiful part of the country. With the opening of this holiday cottage we are excited to be able to offer guests a glimpse of what it is like to live here. Although we do not live on site, we will always greet our guests on arrival and will be around during your stay to provide local information if needed. We will always be checking on our livestock so please feel free to say hello if you see us! 

The Dairy is located on the edge of West Lavington, just 5 miles south of the market town of Devizes and 10 miles north of the ancient site of Stonehenge. The village has a shop, pub and a playground. The neighbouring village of Market Lavington also has a Co-op, pub, café, Chinese takeaway and post office. We are more than happy to provide guests with any information and directions that they may need.
