The Christmas Country Show returns to Newbury Showground this year, including the ever-popular Festival of Dogs at the show with something for everyone!

There will be plenty of activities for all the family, with rural crafters and plenty of independent trade stands offering you the chance to purchase some truly unique Christmas gifts. There will be free entertainment throughout the day including a special show Circus coming to town! And there is always the opportunity to sit and take it all in with great local bands and community groups providing the musical – and dancing - entertainment.

For real foodies, festive themed cookery demonstrations will be running throughout the weekend, where some of the best chefs from the region will be showing you how to make their favourite Christmas foods and offering you tips and advice for holding your own Christmas parties. There will be additional talks from craft alcohol producers, foragers and so much more…

There will be a separate area for children with Father Christmas, real Reindeer, Punch and Judy and a petting zoo so you know that they will just have the best time. Combine all of this with a fantastic selection of food and drink on offer and you really do have a top weekend ahead of you.
